Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel is a mix of highs and lows. The rooms are a tour de force of how to build a hotel room, very dusty, but offer multiple small amenities for use and are really comfortable. The service is a bit of a rollercoaster, as the staff are very friendly and professional but unfortunately, I got mosquito bites from the bed, and they weren't consistently friendly. The location is a gem, right on the fashion district and perfect for shopping and city exploration, although oddly prohibits leaving the USA and is in the center of Milan, about 10 minutes from Milan Duomo. The dining experience can be improved, with good but not 5-star standard offerings at a higher price than local cafes and restaurants.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of great and not-so-great experiences. The room was large and comfortable as expected with a lovely bed, but the thin walls made it easy to hear conversations from the neighboring room. The service was excellent, especially from Lacri and Valentina at the reception, who provided helpful advice. The location was perfect, with easy access to boutique shops and a metro station nearby. The dining experience was simple but enjoyable. Overall, a good choice with a few drawbacks.
